The LGBTQ+ senior population, statistically, are twice as likely to live alone, be single and to have no children.  Thus needing more services and housing options as they age.  Social stigma and unequal rights make it harder to achieve three key elements of successful aging: financial security, good health and healthcare, and social support and community engagement.  SWFLHCC and Discovery Village invite you to an exclusive seminar to discuss a few of these unique challenges facing LGBTQ+ elders.
